Main goal

The project involves the design of web service interface that will enable doctors to conduct online consultations with their patients. The overall goal of the interface design was to create a user-friendly and intuitive experience for both doctors and patients,  improving patient outcomes, and streamlining the administrative tasks.

Problem

Patients face barriers to access timely medical care, while doctors may struggle with traditional documentation methods that are time-consuming and error-prone, leading to potential issues in patient care.

Solution

Web service offers an easy-to-use platform for users to connect, access medical records, and participate in video consultations with AI-powered real-time transcription. The AI transcriber not only transcribes recordings but also assists doctors with documentation by identifying key information using natural language processing and machine learning. This saves time and improves accuracy, allowing doctors to generate medical reports and summaries more efficiently.

Web service offers secure video online sessions with the option to record and review them later. Video online consultations offer a flexible alternative to traditional appointments, allowing to connect with healthcare professionals on  own terms.

Through the patient personal account, users can access a centralized and user-friendly platform to view their medical records, monitor their health progress, and communicate with healthcare professionals. In addition to providing detailed profiles of each doctor, our web service also offers a user-friendly search feature that allows users to filter results based on their specific needs and preferences. Each doctor's profile on web service includes their qualifications, specialties, and areas of expertise, as well as patient reviews and ratings.
